Noom offers different medication-related programs. This profile addresses Telehealth for Branded Meds only. The live pricing page checked October 5, 2026 lists a $39 start and an ongoing $129 monthly equivalent billed quarterly for that pathway, with medication excluded. Offers can change, so verify the selected checkout terms instead of relying on an older search result.
Follow the medicine to the pharmacy
Noom's support explanation says the branded medicine is supplied through a separate pharmacy route. Cash-pay access may use a manufacturer pharmacy program, while an insured prescription may go to a preferred local or online pharmacy. The eventual pharmacy charge is not established by the program's membership amount.
Plan for the next contact
The support material describes check-ins and clinician review around continued prescriptions. Ask what you must complete, when you will be contacted and how to raise a concern between planned interactions. A notification in an app should be connected to a care process you understand rather than treated as automatic evidence that a refill has been approved.
Judge features on their own terms
A behavioral app, insurance coordination and a prescribing service can each serve different needs. Decide which questions each team can answer. A coordinator's help does not guarantee coverage; a pharmacy's price does not determine clinical suitability. Keep the roles separate when evaluating the arrangement.
Noom is an additional comparison option, outside the publisher's top three promotional placements. We have not used the program or measured its clinical results. This review does not extend its claims to Noom's compounded or other medication programs. The practical task is to understand this particular pathway well enough to follow the payments, the prescription and the route back to professional care.
